The short version: I followed a dream.
Through writing here, I realized I wanted to support others more directly. That spark led me to become a coach — helping women rebuild after emotional burnout, grief, or the quiet ache of “not this.”
But even as I coached, the idea of this space never left me.

It’s a gentler version of what I used to write — shorter, quieter, but still grounded in real support.
